While I am primarily a 5k runner, in January of 2018 I ran my first full marathon. In January of 2019 I plan to run a marathon again, this time focusing on improving my time. Running is an ongoing part of my fitness. I use it to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I do not consider myself a competitive runner, but I am committed. I have been running for almost 15 years, and I have no intention of stopping any time soon.
