Erin Freel is the owner of The Market Place, an agricultural marketing firm in Florida specializing in web design, video production and special events for the agriculture industry. She loves working with farmers and telling the story of American agriculture. Now a runner and triathlete she has a new passion that fits nicely with her love of the food and fiber industry and has found a healthy balance between the food we produce and the energy flux it takes to stay healthy and fit. Her family has an Angus cattle ranch in Central Florida. Erin speaks to groups all over the country about agriculture and health and fitness. In 2013 she started the journey to lose 100 lbs and published her journal of that weight loss journey in a book titled Fat to Fit at 40 which can be purchased on Amazon. You can read her story of her first Ironman finish at MyTriStory.org. Erin is Vice-President of the Ocala Triathletes triathlon club and is honored to have Team Beef as her exclusive sponsor.
