I started a new fitness and lifestyle change December 2019. I joined a gym and worked out with a person Al trainer twice a week until the pandemic hit. Once the gyms closed I started running and biking with my wife. I lost a total of 85 pounds in right around a year and haven’t looked back!
I think I would be a good representative because I have changed my nutrition considerably over the last year beef is still an essential part of my diet due to all of its health benefits. My wife’s career is also involved in the cattle industry as a sales manager for Animal Health International.
