After my second child was born, I was always tired and a little out of shape. I started walking then jogging. Eventually after about 3 years, I completed 30 5k races, 4 10K races, 2 Marathons 5 Half Marathons, 15 sprint triathlons and 1 Half Iron man. Changing my eating habits was the most important step that I took. Beef was a big part of my new eating lifestyle, it gave me the protein and energy to train and compete.
I’m originally from Iowa and I know the importance of supporting farmer and their products. This would be a way to show the support farmers deserve and to help promote a healthy lifestyle at the same time.
