I started 3 months ago on a journey that has so far afforded me a 20 lb weight loss by cleaning up my diet and eating meat and veggies for most of my meals. I absolutely love beef and eat it several times a week. I plan on continuing this way of life long after I have lost all that I want. I use meat/healthy fat for fuel in all of my runs and have never felt better!
I want to represent team beef so that I can help spread the word that beef is an amazing source of fuel for athletes of all abilities and dispel the myths that it is unhealthy! I always run powered by beef and want to share that with the world.
