Started running in 2011 after a medical event motivated me to change my lifestyle. Gradually worked my way up to ultra marathons. After retiring fully in 2018 I use running to keep healthy. Moved to Florida in April of 2019 where I learned the state was one of the top cattle states in the country. I had seen Team Beef shirts at other running events in the past so I decided to google Team Beef and found Florida I would be proud to represent!
Firm believer that beef is the healthiest form of nutrition on the planet! I also believe that raising cattle is vital to the health of our planet for future generations!
