I grew up mountain biking, but had never really competed in any events. A good buddy of mine got me into road cycling, and then asked me if I would be interested in doing a triathlon, and ever since I’ve been hooked. I completed 5 or 6 sprint and Olympic distance races last year, and my 3 70.3 Ironman Races this year, as well as the 12 hours of Santos mountain bike race. My goals for next year are to complete the Hurucan 300, a 3 day, self supported mountain bike race around central Florida. In addition, I will be competing in my first full distance triathlon at Ironman Texas this April. I would be proud to represent Team Beef Florida for these events!

I have family in Indiana that are Longhorn farmers, and have always used beef as a stable protein for my diets. This has become especially crucial for me in my intense training over the last year and a half, and I have benefited greatly from it.
