I’m 48 yrs old and I run to stay healthy. I work in healthcare and see too many people that are sedentary and unable to move around or take care of themselves. I promised myself and my family I would never end up like that. I like to inspire others to get/stay healthy and enjoy the camaraderie with other runners. It’s a win-win situation with others by your side, cheering each other on!
