Phyllis Burnett


I have been running for 10 years and it has become quite an obsession. I also work out at the gym with a trainer and do yoga. At 60 years old, I believe it is extremely important to keep moving. I started my running as a way to take care of myself while helping my parents with their battle with cancer. It has been a great way to take care of myself and meet wonderful people.
